Free daycare sign-in sheet

One page covers the whole week. Write each child's name once, then at every drop-off and pickup the parent writes the time and their initials. It shows who brought and collected each child, and it backs up the attendance you count for meals and tuition.

Print at 100% or fit to page. Print as many copies as you need for your own daycare. Check your state's licensing rules for how long to keep attendance records.
