These terms cover the calculators on lumineusstudio.com and the spreadsheet templates and digital planners we sell. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
What you get
The calculators are free to use. Paid templates and planners are sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts and refunds under its own terms.
Refunds
If something you bought does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
Your data and your files
You keep all rights to your spreadsheets. Check important numbers yourself and keep your own backups. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The calculators, templates and planners are provided as they are, without any warranty. They help with record-keeping and are not tax, legal or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
