Parents like to see what their child will eat, and a menu posted by the door answers the question before pickup. Below is a sample week of breakfast, lunch and snack for preschoolers. Click any box to change it, or clear the sheet and type your own week, then print.
The sample follows the food groups in the USDA child care food program (CACFP) meal pattern. Breakfast has milk, a fruit or vegetable and a grain; lunch has milk, a protein, a vegetable, a fruit and a grain; snack has two of those. If you are on the food program, check portion sizes and your sponsor's menu rules. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
